At Saged, we want you to love every piece you wear, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return window for all unwashed and unworn garments. If your selection isn't quite right, our streamlined process ensures a quick exchange or a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Saged tags attached to ensure your return is accepted and processed quickly.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
